Rob considers himself lucky to be in a career field that he enjoys very much. Rob’s blog posts will lean towards the vulnerability research, threat landscape, and attack methodologies perspective of security to help readers understand how even the smallest of mistakes can mean disaster to the security of a network or application. Rob’s primary function within Solutionary is conducting application security assessments, penetration tests, and social engineering. Rob is also a key contributor to the Solutionary Engineering Research Team (SERT) vulnerability research initiatives. In Rob's spare time, he frequently contributes to noted journals, books, and speaks at industry conferences several times a year. He most recently authored Seven Deadliest Microsoft Attacks and Co-Authored Seven Deadliest Network Attacks, part of Syngress' "The Seven Deadliest Attack Series.” Rob was also published in the May 2009 issue of The ISSA Journal for his article “Ethical Hacking – From Start to Success.” |
